Shipping container roof repair

I have a 20 foot shipping container that I use for storage. I've removed the decals and repainted the front and sides.
I'm wanting to a material to fill the dents (not leaking) close to the corners (see pics) on the roof so rain won't puddle. Can anyone recommend a filler? I don't want to drill and patch (add metal plates, etc) to compromise the leak-proof integrity of the corten steel.
Thanks in advance.

Although I've got a bottle jack, I was hoping I could just use a filler (maybe Bondo putty?) to fill in and smooth out to shed rain water.

Push depression out from the inside. Try to have it slightly high and you will be fine. Coat entire roof with an asphalt metal roof coating intended for use on metal roofs, Home Depot sells it in 5 gal. pails. Apply with a small push broom- one pail will cover your container roof 2-3 times. Toss broom after use- give container a slight pitch to let water drain and you are all set. Try to coat roof when cool, once metal heats up coating it will flow and bond to surface. This was suggested to me by a friend who is a long time employee of a large construction company, they have been doing such for years- and it works. Repeat every few years as needed.

Put a sloped shed roof on it.
Trying to fill the corners will just move the puddle elsewhere.
Bending the metal adjacent to a welded seam is a terrible idea and a very good way of making the problem much worse.

Clean it thoroughly and put a nice thick elastomeric coating on the top. Get the 5gal bucket and use it all. 100sq' per gallon coverage. 40x8 container is 320sq'. Use it ALL.
