Shipping Timeframe from BigFloors

Hi all,

First time poster. long time creeper on these forums. I have a question about shipping timeframes. I ordered some garage flooring from bigfloors.com yesterday (5/17) and got an order confirmation email immediately. I did call today to get an ETA on delivery as I will be out of town next week. I was told scheduled delivery was this friday (5/20). I was very impressed but wondering if a 3 day delivery window is realistic? I still have not gotten an email saying my order was shipped. Had anyone else had this kind of rapid delivery from bigfloors? Worried I will be out of town when it does arrive.

I am not familiar with them but that does seem like a really quick turnaround. I think 5-7 days is normal for most companies.

I believe Bigfloors is owned by Snaplock who makes RaceDeck. I ordered directly from RaceDeck on a Friday and had them the following Tuesday. That was from Utah to Detroit.

I got my racedeck a couple days after ordering. I ship everything to work so it gets received into a warehouse. Very happy with the purchase and customer service.

Well, I can't say enough about bigfloors. My garage tiles arrived today. I emailed them yesterday and got an email last night with my ups tracking number. Great customer service and quick shipping. Thanks everyone for your responses!
