Look on the bright side,
11" difference diagonally is only 5 1/2" of correction on 2 posts. 😁
I'd want to fix it. A little squirt of a good polymer caulk like OSI "quad" from the underside will take care of your roof metal "misses" when you're putting it back together. A wider purlin would allow you to re use the same holes. (Unless this is a all steel kit)

If it were me, I would correct the structure before putting on the building skin. About 20 years ago I bought the house next door to get rid of the neighbors from hell. Tore the house down but kept a small pole barn for equipment storage. I ended up reskining the pole barn with screw fasteners replacing the original nails that were randomly placed by the prior owner without snapping a line. The building is much better than before but still not what I would have liked. Even the concrete was removed and a new floor poured. The old floor was 2” on one side and almost 6” on the other side. The house I tore down is another story. Some people are either incompetent or just don’t want to take the time to get it done right.

You at least have to make it structurally safe . What's under the poles to keep them from settling into the sand? Usually concrete is poured or cookies placed before the poles are installed.
