Plans change and things come up but I didnt think I would be adding on this fast. I built this 24x40 last April and got it all done like I wanted by January (December was my goal).

Now I am adding 2 more bays on the left side 24x26 add-on. I would have went bigger last year but didnt have the money then to go bigger and finish the shop like I wanted. The add on wont be finished as nice as the main shop but it will have a specific purpose. Wish I could have done it all at once because I could have laid it out different but I didnt want to do in debt for a shop for my toys.

the best shops werent built overnight. just like a kingdom wasnt built in a day.

you do what you can, with what you have, and just remember, with no debt attached to it, means it is YOURS and you owe NOTHING to no body for it.

any pics of the inside?

I had the actual building put up but then me and my youngest brother did the rest ourselves. I am happy with how it all turned out. Its nice to have it free and clear and somewhere nice to work on my stuff. Plus I have 2 little boys so I wanted something for them growing up since I never had anything like that. Here are some pics from awhile back before it was finished if there ever is such a thing. Only 2 things left are running the 3/4in hard air lines and the air conditioning. I am holding off on both of those though and until the addition is finished first.

Nice setup....clean and neat. Your floor looks great. What kind of coating did you use and did you do it yourself or have it done professionally?

It was a kit from armorpoxy, great product but their customer service was lacking. My brother and I did the install ourselves.

Thank you. I am very happy with how it turned out and how its holding up. Years ago at my old house I did my garage with the stuff from lowe's and the armorpoxy is in a whole different league. Its very tough and worth the money IMO.

Concrete is done, almost 60 yards and 200yards of fill dirts plus close to another 200 yards of regular dirt work. Lot more than I was expecting. Im happy with how it turned out. Im putting a new chassis dyno in the new add on closest to existing building.
