Going to stub in my toilet and such just in case I need it in future. Septic is 200 foot away. Do I need tp put in a sewage pit and pump? Has about a 2 foot drop in the 200 foot toward the septic

You need 1/8" of fall per foot with 3" or 4" pipe, which means you need 25" of fall. You're really close, might be able to make it work.
