Made an English wheel about 12-15 years ago and used it quite a few times.
It's quite heavy, probably 800 to 1000 pounds. Backbone is 6X10 I beam with 1/2 X2 welded into each side of the throat in a W pattern and then plated with 1/8X10 steel. Arms and base are thick wall 6X6 square tube. Wheels are Harbor Freight. Wheels can be turned 90 degrees to allow for shaping longer steel.
Throat is 47" deep and arm is 57" above the floor. It's on casters so it can be moved easily. Swivel casters can be raised off the floor with bolts. The shaping wheels are mounted on 4" and 2" thick wall square tube.
Asking $400, no delivery can make some type of arrangement to drop off within 600 miles for costs.
