Hello All!
Recently purchased a commercial property in the Indianapolis area. The goal is to finally start my own car workshop. It is a 36x36 concrete block building with 2 large bays. The building was used for carpet storage for many years so it is very bare bones. We will be starting from scratch with this building. New electrical, plumbing, flooring, lighting, and everything else that goes along with it. Installing a 2 post 12,000lb lift.
I will be starting a build thread documenting the entire build. For now, here are some bonus pics of the building as we purchased it. I look forward to sharing our experience and learning along the way. This forum will be an essential tool to us throughout the process.
