Shop garage door side trim?

I tried to find an old thread but didn’t have any luck.
Essentially I need to find the rubber seal that goes vertically on both sides of the shop garage door. I currently have 2.5 inch wide trim that slides into the metal part of the shop but I am only able to find the seals that go on the bottom of the shop it appears when checking Amazon and the big box stores. I am open to any suggestions bc the seals I have usually last only 1-2 years before falling off. The company I used to get them from went out business recently.

Maybe I’m searching using the wrong description? Any help please would be appreciated.

From your description it sounds like it's part of the door?
Not sure I've ever seen that but here's 2 different types of door side seals.
