So Im working on my light plan and I’m having a hard time deciding. I originally wanted to do led t8 strips but them started looking at high bays. I talked with hyperlite aNDL they did a work up for me but As you will see in the pictures and where my lift will be (at the 10” pads) I worry about a vehicle blocking lots of the light when up in the air.
looking for advice Please.

The Car Shop area in the shop is 39 x 41 and I installed 9 of the UFO Hyperlites you are looking at. They are little more harsh than "strip light LEDs" but much brighter at eye level but I don't even notice them now. The Ceiling height is 16 feet and I went from 60 Foot Candles to 112.

I might suggest adding 2 more in between the rows you already have designed.

No matter how much light you have on the ceiling a vehicle in the air is not going to have direct light but reflective light can help.

I am happy with the Hyperlites.

What is your light layout? And are they 100w or 150w

I just put 9 Hyperlites in my shop. The building is 30x50, but the shop area is 30x36-ish. They are VERY bright... I tried to space them out evenly in a 3x3 grid pattern. Each row (front to rear) is switched separately. We have the 150w version on the sides (13-14' ceiling) and the 250w version in the center row at about 18'6":
