Shop Light Treadplate?

These would look "cool", but are they really any different that a Walmart $10 light?
I should have mentioned that they are on sale for $15

With a name like that? I'm sure they're made somewhere between Chicago Electric and Pittsburgh Pneumatic.

HD has these, I have two of them, I think they look better than the ones at Menards:

I also have American Fluorescent on my ceiling....they are made in the USA with global components.

The fixture linked by the OP look like a Lights of America knockoff. American Fluorescent is a low end manufacturer but the AF undercabinet fixtures I used in my shop storage room project were decent.

I have some similar to those. I bought mine from Lowes on sale. I'm not sure what I paid. They look ok. I'd buy more.
