:thumbupI want to share the super service after the sale I received from John @ Shop Garage Cabinets. I purchased one of their sets. It arrived from the shipping company on four pallets. The driver was courteous and professional. All was as ordered. 24 piece set was in my garage.
Only issue I had was I discovered because of my windows, I needed to place my wall cabinets in rows of three instead of two. The problem was the butcher block tops come pre cut in 56" length. I needed to cut my new tops to fit....or perhaps return the tops and exchange for 84" tops. I figured the cost of the swap would be too much, but sent John a email. To my surprise, he offered to exchange three 56" tops for two 84" tops ....still free shipping! Only a few dollars difference between the two. I was happy happy!
Fast forward a few days....the large 84" tops were dropped off by a different shipper. They were both damaged! Slightly mared on one while the other was really beyond being able to use. Another call to John, and two new 84" tops are being sent out. They asked me to dispose of the damaged tops or use as I see fit.
Some may say service like this is to be expected, often that's not how it works. Receiving a call back after the sale or even a Email seems to take a lot longer after the credit card has been used. This guy John answered all my questions before the sale. More importantly he stepped up after the money was spent and took great care of me.
There's several choices of Cabinet sellers. If your looking like I was a few weeks back do yourself a favor and call John @ Shop Garage Cabinets. He will take great care of you!

I searched long and hard. Looked at all my options. John had the best price. I had a "feeling" his service would be acceptable from the few Emails passed between us before the sale. I could not be more pleased with the quick , courteous service after the sale. If all my garage build had went as well as this cabinet purchase did, I wouldn't have any gray hair
