Good luck on your endeavor. It sure sounds like you’ve got your ducks all lined up in a row and a good game plan. Just one word of advice from someone who has moved an operational shop a couple times. You’ve got your vision of the changes you want to make to the shop, just stick to your plan and finish it before you move in.

Looking forward to seeing this project come to life and the shop become yours. It's certainly inspiring to hear a story of someone taking a passion project/hobby and turning it into a successful business.

We love photos, as you know after years lurking on here, so be sure to share more!

Just ensure that you do whatever you need to operate legally in your space with the municipality, county, and state. Those are headaches you don't need. Is the building sprinklered?

Congratulations and best wishes for new year and new location. While you are busy setting up your first shop, I (at 72) am worried about setting up my last/ultimate. Will watch with interest.

Frame building specialty tooling and jigs? I’m in! Cool place, since you’re in this deep into the bike industry, you have to have a cool bike (or several)…. What ya got?

Were you featured in theradavist a few weeks ago? I could swear I've read about you previously. Good luck in the endeavour!
