I’m looking at getting another shop vacuum, and would appreciate some recommendations.
I already have a Milwaukee m18 portable, which is great for cleaning up around the saw, drill, and welding stations, but not so good for cleaning up big areas. I use a blower to clean periodically, but this leaves a lot behind, and I’m getting serious rust stains on the drive
I would like a smaller unit that is on casters, wet/dry. Anyone have one like this they are happy with?

Ridgid WD1451. $100 at Home Depot with a free car kit. Excellent suction at a good price. All the contractor pros I know use them. You can't go wrong. For a real treat but much more expensive, the Stihl commercial SE122 is also great.

I have had good luck with my Ridgid as a well.

I have 4 Ridgid that I have used extensively for years, highly recommend. Get the muffler, it helps. I have many high end dust collectors, these are good enough to fall back on if needed.
