shop with apartment help

I just purchased about 3 acres of land an I am wanting to build possibly a 50x80 shop with an upstairs apartment. I am looking for some pics, ideas, plans, just any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend that you look into it very carefully and then think hard about what else you want to do with the place. Like building a house later etc... Good luck getting a loan on the project so you better have the cash up front for both your shop/apartment and if your going to build a home for it too... Anyway check my build below of a 50X100 with an apartment....

yep I need to update the thread some time as I have made some progress on it since I last posted....



It's about 1400 sq ft 1000 down and the rest up ( not counting the mezzanine).
