Hello all,
We have some land and are looking to build a shop with living quarters while we embark on building the main house... I was hoping some of you could point me in the right direction to find similar examples on this site - I've been through the index and cant quite find what I'm looking for..
Parameters:
Size: Roughly 30 x 40
Height: 17-18' walls + 4:12 pitch roof
I'd like to partition off the shop portion to be roughly 30 x 25 with the suite being 30 x 15 that consists of an upstairs and downstairs, with the staircase internal to the suite (easier in the winter time up here...) Going much bigger than 30x40 won't suit the land... I would do the kitchen, bathroom, laundry, living room downstairs with two bedrooms upstairs.
Stick built or pole barn would be fine (I think)...
