Shopyourway.com $50 back in points ($100 purchase)

I was digging for a belt sander this morning and ran across this on slickdeals.

50% back in points up to $50 when purchasing on the shopyourway site. From my experience make sure to purchase only for sears or kmart and other coupons tend to stack still. During checkout it made no mention of the points, but that isn't uncommon with them. Sears can be weird on these so I screenshot everything in case of a battle with CS is coming

I think you have to buy a sears/kmart item on the shopyourway site and cart.

Well I decided to try it and see what happens. I bought a wrench set for a little over $100. The points don't show up on the order page, but over on SD at least one poster says that they've done this before and had no problem getting the points.

So far I maybe added 7 different tools ranging from 40$ to 179$ and the "extra points" never came up. This is using shop your way site and even following the links they have showing this deal lol

Normally when you buy something it will also say "you are earning xxxxx points"

It's only when Sears.com or Kmart.com has this type of offer that the bonus rewards shows up in the cart, including the SYW website cart if you add the appropriate Sears or Kmart item.

Whenever Shop Your Way has one of these offers that require using their website, their cart NEVER shows the bonus rewards. It is a bit of a leap of faith with their offers, and I don't know why SYW doesn't just show the bonus rewards you can earn at checkout like the other two website do with their offers.


Oh, and the SYW site now classifies Sears and Kmart items as Marketplace items, so that may be another problem.

I see these sentiments alot with SYWR, but have never had an issue. If I didn't receive promotional points or whatever, I'd definitely return the item.

I think that's spending points not earning them. Sometimes you get points that don't have the no coupon disclaimer.
