Short answer suggestions wanted re: New floor/concrete

Facts: Just built 24x 24 garage. New. Concrete floor. Residential.

Northern climate.
Will see ice, snow, salt etc on floor.
Will see some oil drips.

Wanted: Ideas of what to apply to concrete floor.

Low maintainence.
Protection/sealent.
Basic
Nothing fancy
Easy Application
No more than 2 coats if possible.

I have cheap, kitchen style, “sheet goods” in a whitish pattern on mine.
Basicly wall to wall.
Cleans up easy and I like the white color to find dropped things.
I put carpet scraps under the cars to catch the winter ice and such.
Throw out the carpet scraps in the spring, or whenever they get too grungy.
Replace the vinyl when it gets that way.
