short axle sockets

simple question, for axle sockets i have a good price on the grey pnematic short sockets which includes 30-36mm. Will I need deep axle sockets or are these fine?

Everything will be different, but shorts will do a lot. Then you get the fun ones that are one off altogether like a d44.

A 3?mm shallow 3/4 drive socket will just barely get S10 stuff loose. Plan on the axle sockets.

I've used shallow 3/4" drive on axle nuts and they don't fit that good and I'm sure there is some that they don't fit at all. You need deep in some cases.

Some u can use shallows most you can't. Get deeps.
