I'm building a 24' X 32' garage. I just had the monolithic slab poured, and I measured what was suppose to be 32' 1" on the long side. It turned out to be 31' 11 5/8". Is this a major problem, or do I just shorten up the sills and framing measurements, and just continue on? Any good tips for getting square chalk lines transfered to the slab for the sill plates?

Thanks

You can run the plate past the concrete to keep the building square. Have you pulled the diagonal measurements to check the slab for square?
Not sure about your last question. then again it's late and I'm tired.

Measure diagonally from corner to corner. that will tell you if the slab is square. If one side is 1 3/8" shorter than the other side but the diagonal measurement is the same, that means the slab is out of square.
