Would anyone know if they make a screwdriver like this but with a wider blade?

Thanks

That pattern of driver, with the combination of a full size handle and short blade isn't available from many makers these days. Shame, it's a useful pattern!

The PB Swiss drivers in that pattern are the 140 series, but.. I don't think they make them any bigger than the driver shown, which looks to be about 8mm / 5/16! They offer the usual short blade / short handle combo (135 series) up to 13mm / 1/2, but that's not quite the same thing!

You can always get a bit driver of that style and use it with a 3/8 or 1/2 slotted bit!

i have 'adapted' long shafted drivers, always the larger blades, cut down the shafts, and refit in the original handle. can only do this, with square shanks. made them into 'stubbie' long handled drivers.

Working on Holley carbs, that's old school stuff. Lots of old farm equipment had similar sized screws.

I have always used a Snap-on SDD153 short hard handle screwdiver or 3/8 drive drag link sockets.

Yes the Snap On SDD153 has the same blade as my Husky.

I wanted something just a bit wider.

One thing that annoys me is the torn up looking lock screws from using a narrow blade screwdriver.
