Shot blasting using a pressure washer

Hey guys. Just thinking about my floors again.
Would shot (sandblasting) with my Hotsy 3500psi 4 gpm pressure washer work to do my floors properly for epoxy or coatings?
It is in an unfinished garage.

I doubt it. Those are mostly used to remove paint, rust, etc... If your concrete is in decent shape the pressure washer sand blasting won’t do anything. If it’s in bad shape it may make it worse.

Either acid etch or better yet grind.
