You're really gonna want those jaw teeth.. Unless you have the ability to make your own.. And, it doesn't look very old.. I'd beat the seller up on the price because of the missing jaws...

Keep shopping. This vise is penny wise, pound foolish.

Find one 100% complete. Parts will either be unobtainium or super expensive.
