I would consider the snap on set, but the rest are not worth it, especially to me. The tools are OK and sort of run the whole spectrum of quality. They're also all mixed up and you'll end up searching for pieces to fill the holes. Easier and cheaper most of the time to just buy the whole set of something.

If all that was at a Pawn shop I'd be going out the door at $100-$125. Offer the guy $100. Too many HF tools there to be worth $300.
