Should I fill Joints before or after .....

I 'm getting ready to do my floor with Quikrete epoxy and clear .

I want to fill the saw cuts with polyurethane self leveling sealant made by quikkrete.

My question is should I Etch the floor first or fill cut then etch .

I tried to call Quikrete but got voicemail .

Just got off the phone with Quikrete , they tell me the epoxy will not stick to the polyurethane.

What can I use to fill the saw cuts that will work with the epoxy ?

If it is sawn joints. Epoxy the floor and install backer rod and a colored polyuretane caulking in the joints. I know this is contrary to what you are wanting.

I'm using a Dark Blue epoxy , so I'm looking for something I can epoxy over .

You can use an epoxy joint material, that will stick.
