Good quality floor jacks are not very expensive. I wouldn't buy a used one that looked like it hadn't been well cared for (like those...)

I don't trust used floor jacks. But that's just me. Those jack stands look pretty good though.

I'd take the Michelin one, handles are pretty easy to come by, i have a few i use as cheater pipes. The other looks crappy. I have no problem with a used jack myself.

my brother and I each have a Michelin jack. they have both worked really well over the years. I would buy one again if I ever seen one.
