Should I pick this Atlas up?

It's free, but it's two hours away. It works just fine, but their yearly x-ray (to keep up with EU standards) resulted in it being rejected. He thinks it has a lot of years left. What do you think, is it an explosion hazard?

He's not sure of the size, but he guessed somewhere around 70l.

If the x-ray showed it's bad the no I wouldn't think twice and just move on. On the other hand it has a lot of good parts on it. From the pics it doesn't look like an explosion hazard but what the heck do I know? My compressor tank is from 1953 and looks good on the inside.

I think this one is from early 50's too actually. They x-ray their compressors once a year like said, but he didn't know what safety factor/thickness they are left with now. I thought someone here might know... thanks by the way
