Should I rewire?

I will be putting up a metal ceiling and blowing in insulation this spring in my 24x36 shop. My roof has a lower pitch and there won't be any room or easy way to access the full attic space after the ceiling goes up. Im going to try and leave a section of ceiling in case I NEED to have access, but it will only be in one area. I currently have 6 lights, 2 ceiling fans and a handful of junction boxes and wires run above where the ceiling will be. Should I rewire below the ceiling once it's is up, or leave it as is and rewire below in the future if I have any problems?

If you are meaning that the j-boxes will be covered up by the ceiling and will not be accessible, then yes you need to make them boxes accessible, you have to be able to get to all splices.

Yes redo it now before you put ceiling up. As said all boxes have to poke through the ceiling or be mounted after. I’d recommend putting some empty conduit paths from your box to wherever in the shop in case you need future outlets. Some people don’t like exposed conduit

Sounds like I better start mapping out how/where I want my wires to be run. Guess I can probably reuse most of the wire as long as I don't mess it up pulling staples and stuff.

Question on running new lines with a rewire. Currently I have runs of 12/2, 14/2, etc. and each is different color (white, yellow and orange I believe). Is there an easy way to tell the difference between individual runs of thhn in a conduit other then the size of the wire? Or should I use different conduit and boxes for each circuit (plugs, lights, 240v, etc.)?? None of the runs are going to be super long, so individual runs of conduit wouldn't be bad, just wondered if there was a better way to do it?

Anything except White, Green and Gray

That's what they're made for.

Like terry said, white and grey are reserved for neutral and green is ground. Everything else is free game.

no prohibition on using a variety of colors for the ungrounded conductor...
