Should I run a new circuit

So I have a typical neighborhood home, several rooms all run off the same circuit. I would like to add a couple of outlets in my garage ( currently have 2 on the wall) and replace the light bulbs in my ceiling with fans with lights. Problem is my garage circuit is run with several outlets and lights on my first floor, and I don't want to overload things, We currently have that problem already in other parts of the house. I had an electrician told me it would be $500 to add 2 outlets because my master bath sits above the electrical box so extra work will be needed. I will post a couple of pics but they probably won't be the best, any help or suggestions would be great thanks.

You could run emt outside of house up to attic with a junction box ,then fish the wires down through the interior walls.

That's what I would do,your other options are breaking Sheetrock or pulling siding off and cutting plywood peices
