I am getting ready to pour the concrete for my garage. I am planning to put VCT on the floor. I know with epoxy you should not have the concrete sealed. Is it a problem with VCT? Thanks for your help.

It should not be sealed perse. However, to aid in curing the slab, it is OK to use a dissipating cure. This will keep moisture in the slab longer giving higher ultimate strength and durability. However, it is not permanent and is compatible with VCT installations. Here is an example. I would talk with the guys at a local concrete and masonry accessory supply house.
