Should we seal this?

My FIL had some more flooring poured in his 90000 year old shop today.

It will see extreme use - combines and other big stuff rolling over it.

Should he seal it? If so, what are his options?

I would apply some type of sealer to it. May make for easier clean up.

What would hold up under these conditions?

Ghost shield products are worth looking in too. Suppliers here carry it and they other products that really look nice. I used ghostshield densifier and the 8505 sealer. Mines a working farm shop too. But please do something to protect it.
