Shoulder Bolt/Pin and catch plate?

I want to make a custom gate attachment for my deck (PVC gate and railing filler for a wide opening) that is readily removable using metal pins (like a shoulder bolt) and a catch plate receiver (with a keyhole) that I can lift off the posts as needed.

I just want to know what these things are called so I can search for them and a link of you have a good source.

I have plans for screw fasteners where holes remain hidden to firmly support the posts supporting the purchased 3' wide gate

I think on the costs at the first site the price is for cases of the items, not a single set. You may have to find a retailer for said items.
