Been looking for one all day, and dont rhink it exists. Im talking dangling off my chest or midevil archer style off the back. Getting very sick of mine dangling off my tool belt and getting caught up where everything else i carry on me is

And for us MIG guys, maybe a holster to hold the gun while you turn or reposition the welding area? I find myself just laying the MIG gun on my bench while I prep the next weld area. But when I'm welding on my pickup truck project a belt holster may be a item to consider.

There's those magnetic hooks that you can put in your table but I hate those

Yeah, my MIG gun doesn't have a belt hook on it (small 0.025" wire gun) so I may have to come up with something. But a magnet may not be the answer. Not sure a snap type gun hook would be any better. Maybe just a simple gun rest, because not having a hook on the gun means less interference when working in tight areas.

I was trying to use my google-fu to try and help you find a product when I stumbled on this site:

Who the heck approved this product photo?

-----

Would a tool belt harness that has a chest strap maybe work? Something like this...

You could attach a conventional rod bag to the cross ******** your chest. Might sit a little high though...

Yeah that's what I have minus the six pack, it really needs to have two clips one on the top and one on the bottom I got to climb steel all day and hang off of it till a weld stuff and it really ***** having it swinging all over the place

Know any leather workers? I have a buddy that does a lot of leather work and he made a sweet camera harness that kind of does what you are wanting but for a camera. I think a leather worker could make you what you are after and it should be durable enough to hold up to your steel working.

Archery quivers are for arrows that are 27-31” long typically. I have never seen a worn quiver for crossbow bolts. The quivers for them are usually 3-5 bolts mounted rack on the bow itself. Many hunting compound bows also have a bow mounted quiver. Only the competition bow shooters have hip quivers and the are unwieldy things I hate even on the line.

When you say “up there” I would assume you are welding up high and have a fall harness on? Back quiver will not work with that.

Yes, harness sometimes, but can still do back quiver over it or atlas sling it over my shoulder
