So I have a couple of QualTool non-ratcheting drivers. They have been my go to for that sort of driver for a long time. Both are still in great shape and work perfectly (what's to go wrong!).

So the end cap on one had split in half and the other is on it's way out. I just sent an email to QualTool and they sent me a pair of end caps, no charge!

These are at least 15 years old (I think) and I use them several times a week. One for general shop use and the other for electronic use (inside servers and PC's)

Anyways, great customer service on a great set of products.QualToolsDrivers.jpg

Thats excellent service!
One of my favorite tools of theirs is a 6" 1/4 hex magnetic nutsetter that has a unique designed lip to support the flange of sheet metal screws. They discontinued it years ago, but it's the best ive ever used. I picked it up at a ventilation fab shop.

A local industrial supplier carries most of their product line of bits. They buy them in bulk and sell them individually. They have had really good success with them. Its a pretty awesome experience to walk through that isle and see all the different selections.
I have a handful, including some of their Qryptonite line.
