Thats exaclly what I do. To help justify the cost of building my shop and to make a little extra racing money, I work on other peoples autos. Mostly from the office I work in. It's a 30 x 42 I designed and prefabed myself.

Love the 340 SixPack! Drove one once or twice back in '72.

Probably not as nice as some others on here but it serves my purposes.

I don't have a shop but I use my carport/garage/whatever anyone calls it. Toolbox is in the closet at the right, compressor is in the room where the door is on the right. Also, I don't have an updated pic but I have another tool box on the left side across the door.

I mainly work on my cars and my friends cars and side jobs here and there.

i like it, how tall is your ceiling

If I recall correctly I believe it is 146", just a tad over 12'. If I were to do it differently I would have made it 40'wide by 30' deep, do like a 10' wall to scissor trusses where the lift is then 9' wall with attic above for storage. The extra width would be nice because I am starting to buy equipment like an end mill and lathe.

Ha, I will post a picture of my driveway later! That is where all the magic happens.... Mostly oil changes and other occasional disc brake change. The bikes actually fit in the garage.
