Here's the drawer all organized:

The tray sits on top of the longer clamps.

Lift the tray with the handle, set it aside, and that gives access to the rest.

The vertical clamp rack is held against the side of the metal drawer by those two neodymium magnets.

Do tell; what is the source of that grid material? Inquiring minds . . .

The plate is just a chunk of 1/8" aluminum and the handles are 1/4" thick wall tubing I bent and threaded for either 8 or 10/32 machine screws and bolted from the bottom. I honestly don't remember now.

Built a new screwdriver holder! Cut two different slots in the back so it is quick to fasten to the toolbox if I want to take it on and off. Made out of rectangular steel tubing and then powercoated red!

Built this today. It stores my regularly used items and will fit the top compartment of my tool cart.

Here are a few. The pliers rack is a piece of unistrut with one side cut off, the small screwdriver rack is just a piece of angle steel with holes drilled in it. The screwdriver holder on the bench is a plastic rack used for holding parts for inspection, got it at my last job.

Grease gun holder I made out of half of a magnetic paper towel holder and a piece of pvc. Works great. Keeps it out of the way too.


Also made a holder with some scrap sheet metal and a magnetic paper towel holder


Here's another one I made and bolted it to the box in the holes for the handle on the side

Metal Spring clips screwed into some pieces of wood. Magnets glued on the back of the wood to let them stick to the toolbox. Super easy to grab one when I need it!

Made this back piece for my box to hold stuff and stick things on with magnets, power bar etc. also stops stuff from falling off. 54"x 18" 16 guage (I think?) steel welded to 2x2x1/8" angle iron, the angle is sandwiched underneath my stainless top, so it doesn't bolt on just sits under the top, held very snug.

Holy ****, this guy know what FreeAll is. Best penatrant ive ever used. Oreilly just started carrying it in my part of Ohio. Been getting it from LKQ for a few years now $53 case.

I'm not sure where we got it. We had a few cases of it. Works better than WD40. But that QMaxx, also pictured works better than anything I've ever used. But it's pretty pricey!

I've got a 52in Husky box and decided convert one of the deep drawers into a power/air tool center. I mounted an Extreme Tools EXPTRSL Hanging Power Tool Rack in the back for the guns. Then I mounted a Lisle 49960 Pneumatic Tool Holder in the front for my ratchets.

I done similar with a off cut of heavy gauge brushed alloy and bent it into a u channel and drilled - cut slots for prybars sit in and used black kitchen knife magnet strip hold them secure . made the u deep so holds them easily straight and less potential movement . I got 8 bars on it and gained half drawer plus easy use of bars .
did need drill 2 holes in side box for it but made sure liked concept 100% before committed the the holes lol .
