Forgot the "you". I should proofread more often.

I would say contributing to the thread in a positive manner would be more appreciated from your fellow GJ members (more so than proof reading).

As far as use....the only driver I wont pick up and use is one from my G-pa (large new britain), Its the only thing I have from him & I guess I would rather retire it than use it. Other than that I dont think there is a driver I have (even the dups) that I have not used. My most often used are my Black SO ratcheting, and a Klein 10n1 at work. On the other side of the spectrum....my least used are the Cman clear handle sets. But they are enlisted and used when a job might infringe on the tool "abuse" category. I would rather abuse them, opposed to a nice SO set!

How about posting some pics of what you have and contribute on a positive note?

I know how you feel. I have a 1/4 Drive Mac set that I don't use for this reason.

Here is the current state of my screwdrivers.

-Pm, Snap-on, HF, and Stanley on the left.
-Hazet 810 set on the right.
-In the back is two 3/8"x12" screwdrivers. One is a Craftsman Pro, and the other is a Kobalt. Those are pry bars. :lol_hitti

I'll get some pics tomorrow, there's a car in front the box right now, can't get the drawers open.

...in time the Rockies may crumble, Gibraltar may tumble,
they're only made of clay...

unfortunately that quote of Moose's above doesn't look like it shows the date, so let me remind everyone that it was 11-27-09!

But hey, that's water under the bridge; look at all the goodness! Really sweet stuff, though the yellow guys seem to be kind of orphaned. I would gladly take good foster care of them.

My modest working screwdriver drawer. The beat-up, modified, abused drivers go in another drawer with other beat-up, modified, and abused tools. These photo ops give me reason to tidy up a bit before the pic.

It's a close call between the Koken Attack Driver and the Vessel. I don't think I can pick one over the other. They are both excellent impact drivers. You wouldn't be disappointed with either one.

I have plenty of pretty screwdrivers, but they earn their keep.

Torx, Phillips, Flathead, PZ/S (aka Xeno or Plus/Minus):

Others on the left and right:

I actually work out of the top area of the cart unless I need sockets for something.

I went crazy for Anex!!! Got back from Japan today. I prefer the ball end Anex over the similar Vessel drivers. Got a couple wood handle SunFlag's too.

Tokyu Hands (usually higher priced), and a couple of Home improvement stores( don't know the names). I went to the Factory Gear store in Tokyo as well, didn't purchase anything there though.

I've had the Ko-ken one and it's an impressive peice. Even Hazet sources from them so that should mean something.
I just wanted to see if the Vessel one may have anything over the Ko-ken. :)

I can't wait to go to another Tokyu Hands store...haven't been to one in over a decade.
I'm surprised you didn't walk out of Factory Gear empty-handed :shocking: I don't think I'd be able to.
Anyhow, thanks for sharing your haul.

Tokyu hands is a little overpriced compared to some of the other home centers, but still a fun place to browse :)

I went to the Factory Gear store in Tokyo between Akihabara and Okachimachi which is a little bit smaller than their other locations. The KTC/Nepros and Koken goodies can all be had for much better prices through American distributors. Lots of Deen tools, but I wasn't really interested in anything they offer.

I wish I found this store north of Ikebukero before I left, they have a cool blog that's updated often. Down a couple of post's they have a 1/2 double jointed universal impact from Koken... Any other company offer something like that?
