JonnyMac: orgiastic! That's the most PB Swiss I've ever seen in one location.

If the Canuck buck wasn't so terrible I'd be ordering more PB Swiss goodness even though I've got way too many screwdrivers, but I can't justify the cost with a $1.38 exchange rate. I'm glad I bought a whack of tools when the US and Canadian dollars were at par about 6 years ago.

I saw these and had to have them. They now live in my tool cart/box at work. Along with some Witte VDE and Wiha VDE precision drivers. They supplanted some snappy orange instincts.

I have the xl set of those is my box and the yellow and grey instincts and my wife has the pink I almost bought that set but decided not to as I have so many.

Some of you guys might fit the clinical definition of hoarders, or OCD. :)

This is not my complete collection at all, but I did recondition a small set of old Craftsman Industrial yesterday, so here's a pic of of those:

This is probably the most fiddly, fussbudget, OCD question you're likely to hear all year.

Let's say you're going to put this screwdriver set into its own wall rack:

81lIHrRSCWL._SL1500_.thumb.jpg.b27c43bc3a606a0a5757c3a44da3c695.jpg

Five each of slotted and Phillips, three different handle sizes.

Would you order them by handle size regardless of tip, or would you group the Phillips together and the slotted together?

If you'd group them, would you order both groups by large-to-small, or would you make the left group small-to-large and the right group large-to-small? The advantage of the former is consistency; the advantage to the latter is symmetry, and not having to fish a small handle out of the middle.

Please help me with my OCD.

No worries my friend, you don't have OCD. At least no more than anyone of us who follow this thread. BTW, I don't have OCD, I have CDO. It's like OCD except in alphabetical order like it should be. :)

What I would do would be group them in Phillips then slotted, either largest Phillips to smallest Phillips and largest slotted to smallest slotted or vice versa depending on which side you think you'll use the most. Mixing up Phillips and slotted would be really annoying when you're looking for a particular size in a particular tip.

All personal preference....

Some like each progressively larger tip size to be 1" (25mm) longer in length. For example (using a Euro brand and metric sizes),

Phillips.......#0x75mm, #1x100mm, #2x125mm, #3x150mm

Slotted - 3.5x75mm, 4x100mm, 5 or 5.5 x 125mm, 6 or 6.5 x 150mm , 8x175mm, 10x200mm and 12x250mm.

Others go by what is most comfortable in their hand. Smaller lengths for precision, longer for reach or access in tight spots.

first of all, that aint the complete set.
and, you need a bottle opener flanking each side.
probably, length of shafts, l-r, slotted/phillips, width of blade, #phillips, with torx, square, nut driver, screw starter arranged by size, small/large, l/r, on the right side.

Grouping was my gut preference. You wouldn't mirror the sizes? Small-to-large on one side and large-to-small on the other?

I like Tekton USA made screwdrivers. I don't use them as prybars though and I don't beat on them with hammers.

Well, these arrived today:

IMG_20170607_185121.jpg.7f276cf779b2d962cd10daaf8d4c28c8.jpg

I go out of my way to buy a Made-In-USA product, with high hopes, and as soon as I get them into the rack I can see the Phillips shafts are crooked. You can see it in the picture (look at the two longest Phillips). I'm not sure if they're molded that way or just bent, but either way I'm very disappointed. Someone at Channellock doesn't care if his job goes to China.

These were bought from Circle C Supply in Bazine, KS. I called them and they're sending out a replacement set, but if this is a manufacturing defect, and I think it is, I have no reason to expect the replacements to be any better. Circle C didn't sound happy about it but they didn't argue.

Made in USA. :(

My collection. I love the PB Swiss drivers. I wish they offered all the sizes in the multicraft handle style. I think the soft handles will get dirty very easy. I bought most of the philips and slotted back when amazon was closing them out.

The bondhus in the back work well for what I do at home.

Awesome. Can you tell about the screwdriver holders. I can't really see them to good in the pictures. I need to either buy some or make some. I am leaning towards making them.

Kind of a hodgepodge; Wiha, Vessel, PB Swiss, KTC, Engineer, Moody, Craftsman, Snap-on
