OK, you asked for it... :D

My newest acquisition, a 2007 model Miller Trailblazer 302 with 51 hours on the meter...

The Miller 12VS Xtreme Suitcase feeder set up to run from the TB:

Next most recent is my Thermal Dynamics TD 52 plasma; I sold a Miller Spectrum 2050 to finance this one:

My Millermatic 212:

I changed out the stock Miller gun for a Bernard Q200:

Recently added spoolgun capability to the 212 with a Miller 3035:

A Hobart Handler 125EZ, actually an EXCELLENT little fluxcore machine, it still amazes me:

A Lincoln 175 MIG, 230V and welds very nice, even though I'm not much of a Linc guy:

My Syncrowave 180SD, followed by the Bernard TIG torch cooler I've since found for it:

And finally the Victor Journeyman O/A setup:

We use those same Bernard water-coolers at work for our whips...really makes a difference. The machines are Lincoln Idealarc DC-600s, Bernard whips.

Personally, I have a Lincoln PowerMig 255c (for sale)

and a Hobart Handler 140

SWEET stuff guys, Keep em coming!
I've got the Thermal Dynamics Drag-Gun PLus CE Plasma. Zrexxer, How do you like the TD 52. I've got 4 of the same victory set-ups and one lager victory tourch passed down to me from my dad, they work great!
I gotta get off my can and get a coupler of the Bernard Stingers.

I absolutely love it. It's only 5 amps more than my old Spectrum 2050, but it cuts soooo much better. Despite being rated as a 1/2" genuine cut, the first thing I did with it was to test its sever capability - this is a cut through 1" thick mild steel, it had no problem at all.

I haven't used an esab welder but a job shop I used to work for had a small esab plasma cutter that worked great. The plant I work at now has an esab plasma table. It works fine, too.

I have an ESAB Plasma cutter. Works great. Also a Millermatic 250 + 30A Spoolgun. Pictures later.

There was a guy selling NOS ESAB machines on eBay. It was only $800 shipped for the previous years model for a machine that severs 1".

here's the info on it. http://red-d-arc.com/productsdetail.aspx?cid=1A&pid=1A01

I got mine thru my old work place who dealt with red d arc directly. it's 4000W @ 100% duty cycle too I havent pushed mine too much, its got enough power to melt thru most things I weld at home. powers a variety of things too. I got the electric start and wheeled cart. (was a 200 dollar option for the cart alone)

but so far its been awesome.

How well did that Bernard cooler help with the 180. I have a 180, and have to stop from time to time to let the torch cool down. Toyed with going that route, but also playing with the idea of going to a 350.

Either way, ya gotta love Big Blue.

Thanx, Chainz

Just put the same cooler on a Dynasty 200dx. I wish I had done this long ago. Smaller lighter torch and never have to stop for heat.

Here's mine, an L-TEC migmaster 250 (pre-ESAB) and an econtig Miller. Stacked em to save floor space and keep everything in one place. One 50A cord supplies a junction box, feeds both welders, & feeds 120 and 220 outlets to operate spot welders/grinders. small parts bins hangs underneath tig welder to hold consumables.
