Here is a picture of my forge. I was the lucky person my fellow blacksmith friend gave me the best deal ever on it. The story behind this one is during the 1989 Loma Prieta earth quake in the the SF Bay Area my blacksmith buddy Eric C lived across the Cypress structure over pass in Oakland that had collapsed and fell down. He went across the street with his cutting torch/tanks and cut exposed rebar that was sticking our from broken concrete columns. The rebar are the counter weights on my forge pulley system to keep the doors open without them closing, a very balanced set up on the doors.
