Here are a few things I have machined. Nothing crazy by any means as I am self taught amateur machinist/fabricator. I have a hardinge HLVH toolroom lathe and paying off a Bridgeport cnc mill from a buddy of mine that will teach me how to use it. Some of the stuff is cool, the rest simply functional.

custom tail lights I machined up. 5 different pairs to get feed back on what people liked.

custom dip stick I made for the oil bag. I actually re knurled it from this when picture was taken

custom shifter I made after jumping my sportster out of a drainage ditch - which caused the stock one to break.

truing stand center cones for truing wheels

bushings for shocks, bracket for custom tail lights, and milled out the shock body clamps to fit this application. they were intended for truck suspension.

Tail loop I fabricated and slugged the joints following contour of seat.

This is a wrench I machined a while ago

Went through the entire development process. A few rapid prototype models, refined the design to make it a little more manufacturable (limit the amount of tools needed), made aluminum patterns, then finally the tool steel wrenches.

UncleMoak, is that for the KAC rails???? I've heard many whine about the proprietary wrench and that looks similar but of a much higher quality.

The time spent in design shows in the finished product, nice looking wrench!

So now I'm a little jealous!!

The stuff to make a cool wrench like that with.... AND a urxII?!?

Pretty cool how you modeled it and worked up to the finished part.

Awesome stuff guys, this is something I aspire to, just going to take a while.

Kevin, I thought that was from the F-117, very cool that you got to do that.

A thought, it would be great and I personally feel very informative, to see the machines that yall are creating these items on. If anyone wanted to post up pics of their setup when showing their creations, that would be great!
