Still setting mine up. It holds most of the cycling specific tools I use the most.

This is how I hang pegboard.. Rip strips of 3/4" plywood a touch narrower than 3/4" wide.

Evenly space the strips across the sheet to be mounted. Drill holes through the pegboard and backing strip and start a screw into the hole. The strips go between rows of holes.

Then hang and drive the screws the rest of the way.

This method leaves all holes open for pegs and spaces off the wall plenty far enough for hooks. It works great!

This is the only pic i have but the top 4' of my garage has peg board all the way around it. I can pretty much hang anything anywhere anytime. Really handy!

I had a peg board(s) since 2008, moved them 2 states, 2 apartments, and one house. Went to a full cleat system starting last Christmas break. The metal shop has been a complete disaster since, but these pics are about 2 months old....it’s much better now, swear!

The Ellis is now gone and lots more has made its way to the wall. Need to move the large vertical out and get the remainder of my gear running.

Figured I'd show off a bit.

Pegboards been my nightmare for the past few months, been side hustling a bit of 3d printing, ended up that the Nerf folks kept me busy. Then those nerfs started accumulating. Verifying fit, builds for customers etc.

Trying to bend stuff up, adjust metal pegs to hang things square and level... Wasn't working.

I don't know what took me so long - suddenly realized I have 3d printers, and cad skills. That's my new promo wall, no metal pegs on there.

The breach mount mag holder - that makes me feel like a genius! Turned out slick as they get. All of it's modular, swap the pegs out from US imperial to mm to Ikea oddity in about 5min of cad tinkering.
