Seriously though, that stand is probably worth the $100 alone.
I'm looking for a stand like that for my old Baldor carbide grinder.

It's too bad this grinder is a 3 phase.
Add a VFD, you will have better speed control.
Picked up this gorgeous heavy Hammond Grinder today at auction.
Nice! What size wheels?
You **** joe!!!!

Your Craftsman's will be jealous, I like the Baldor's use one just about everyday.I found a Baldor 7312 B dual speed grinder on CL today.
Edit: The seller said it came out of an Illinois Tool Works (ITW) Red Head factory near New Buffalo, MI.
A nice drive to the west side of MI and it rode back with me. It has a Baldor water cup and an extra CI water cup from a discarded stand.

This guy may be headed to my brother.
Thanks for looking.

I've never looked closely at a carbide grinder but have always been curious if a Multi Tool or similar belt grinder attachment could be fit to one?
I'm on my phone. Is the Rockwell reversible & what is its RPM?
Picked up this gorgeous heavy Hammond Grinder today at auction. 3 phase but it has the Baldor shields and a separate internal dust collection system. What did I pay for this 400lb beauty? $40 bucks!
Can't wait to get it home.
Topop, on Baldors the serial # is usually a date code. Hard to read the pic, but it looks like 460, April 1960?
It looks like the one on mine ?
Just acquired this 8" Stanley 257 grinder for $10 untested.

Yes it does. Do you by chance have any attachments for it? Curious what they look like?
