Not sure if this is what your looking for, but here is one of mine. I believe it to be a Delta 23-200, circa 1979 model purchased from a school auction. Only Delta I have seen with the shroud's still in place.

Buffers of those styles are welcome in this thread, but I was actually thinking more along the lines of the tools below (ebay examples):

This one looks just like an unbadged Goodell-Pratt, like the second one.
