Nothing real recent but here is some cup holders for mounting the tablets in the busses at work

Here is some of the welds on replacement passenger doors since the body company sent the wrong ones and we couldn't wait another 6 weeks

Couple things I have been working on with my car... all of this is being done with the Eastwood 200 Amp TIG. Really working well for me thus far.

Braced the Ford 8.8 and put 9" bearing ends on:

And, started working on the cage. Here the main hoop, rear struts, and triangulation bars are just clamped into place. Should be welding them in soon. Will be a 25.5 (good to 7.50 second 1/4 mile) cage.

And then the fuel cell mount that I made. Since the car is a convertible I wanted all the trunk space I can get, so I made this to mount the fuel cell under the trunk floor.

Built extensions for my cousins trailer. He's a GC (I am too, but we do commercial and industrial) and does house extensions and got a bit of excavation machinery.

Built a rack for my paddle board.. It wouldn't fit in the wallboard rack on my boat so I used 3/4''*.125 tubing, cut on an angle and welded the seams. It's one solide piece. Wrapped it up in foam and voila.

Keep in mind, 28 and a Carpenter, not a welder by any means but I can weld a bit.

Interior railing for my parents place, they want something removable when moving furniture. Not completed yet, it will be filled with wire and turn buckles, horizontally.

Welder is a Lincoln mig pak 140 and I use Flux core wire since I weld outside and the tiny 140 isn't strong enough with gas to weld 1/4'',in my opinion.

Built this shop table for a chop saw with cantrusses leftover.

Sorry for the crappy projects, working on improving the quality

I just picked up my first welder a couple days ago (Lincoln 125) so bear with me. I'm 18 and just moved out on my own, so I don't have many tools yet. I built this TV stand on the tailgate of my truck.

Well I don't think I would swing on it, it certainly looks like it will hold your TV, and looks pretty cool. Darn good start.

And if you want to know, your welds are cold. You don't have a substantial amount of fusion. I would turn the heat up a bit and slow down just a bit.

Thank you. I'll try that next time!

Needing some advise from you guys. Built this key holder for my dad, its just a valve cover with some wrenches welded to it and the keys will hang on the wrenches. I need help on what color to paint the wrenches, im thinking black but idk. What do you guys think?

Color-code each to match the color of the vehicle whose keys are on there.

When I saw the pic of the valve cover with wrench ends welded to it I thought that was set up for routing spark plug wires so they don't get burned up. Anybody else think the same thing?

Nice job on the valve cover regardless!

I believe it's easier on the consumables for the machine cutting the flange. Less starts and stops.

But some people may come up with a final user "benefit".

I don't see any benefits for a person using these, that's just how I get them.
