When the hammer fails to isolate the problem, I turn to this.

Here's mine a Sun EET 1170. Everything still works except for one switch on the volt meter. Don't know about the exhaust analyzer .It sat in a truck shop for years. Covered with soot and cigarette smoke. I've cleaned one door on the base cabinet. Running a buffer on it is the only thing that works, without damaging it.

Picked this one up a while back, everything works great except the bulb in the timing light burned out. Anyone know where to look for one?

Thought I'd resurrect this thread as I bought a SO Counselor II today for $300. It is in great condition with all the standard cables, most of the optional cables, IR remote, instruction manual and mint cabinet. It also has the 4 gas exhaust analyzer. The only thing missing is the overhead arm (which I can make) and the printer (which I don't care). I'm retired and will just be working on my older cars so I think it will be just fine for that. Really, the gas analyzer might be the best part as most of my stuff has carbs so I'll have to plug it in and see what happens. Probably will need a new O2 sensor. For $300 I figured I can't go wrong; the cart is probably worth that. LOL
