Hey guys,

I'm thinking of creating a rack to hold all of my Milwaukee bits, I'm thinking of using PVC tube with a slot cut in it and then slide the drill into the tube, then a shelf above with a partition to put charged batts one side and flat batts the other, charger mounted in the middle.

What does everyone else do?

I looked at several posts on garage journal and made my own rack. I used a piece of sheet metal to hold the electric cords and air fittings to hold the nail guns

More pictures, maximum was 7 pictures per post. Those are the smaller drills/grinders in my box.

This is one I made out of scrap 3/4 plywood. I got the idea off youtube Jay Bates channel. Of course I made it bigger I got more drills.

cut dado's in the sides and back and finished with Danish Oil

This is mine that I made from scrap plywood to fit an existing shelf area. It's not terribly pretty, but it works. Originally, I was going to have all the tools right side up, but i found that hanging them upside down all 3 battery sizes fit and the tools take up less room leaving some space on the shelf behind for drill bit cases and batteries.

Holes bored (cut ) with hole saw in a board mounted at an angle. Half round for the right angle drills. Shelf out of picture to the left has batteries and charger. The drawers have the bits.

Based on what I see here, I need a lot more drill motors. Embarrassing. I have two 1/2" Makita cordless, one 1/2" Makita impact and one electric drill motor. I need to look for a buy 5 get 1 free or something.

In my case I didn't like changing bits all the time when assembling cabinets and such. I picked most of them up on Ebay cheap enough that it was worth it.

One impact, two are actual screw guns (one phillips one square), three drills, two right angle. I would set them up with whatever drills and driver bits I needed for a project.
