Harbor Freight air compressor. Needed an upgrade from my Ryobi inflator. Snagged the compressor and the accessory kit during the Black Friday sale. Couldn't pass it up for the price.

Just picked up this Famco 3R, nice shape, missing the anvil, but otherwise it wasn't beat up. Stripped for cleaning, inspection & painting, had 1 broken jib screw & missing a 1 babbit plate. Should clean up nice.

How nice that would be to have it on a solid lazy susan? Being able to stand/sit in the same spot, rotating the jig to access the other surfaces. Of course that wouldn't work on long & large pieces.
`

I think I saw someone with a setup like that on GJ.

All the tile contractors are booked. I have 3 projects to knock out. Went overboard on the saw. Figured I’d get a lot of use out of it. 17dc982fcba07ef6136d8ea7fb0b210f.jpgde685153d25034de57079b9dc72c568d.jpg6ad030f11373673d173f632b5fae4f98.jpg

Good call on the saw. I’ve done two small tile jobs at home and the score/snap manual cutters can be a pain and leave a poor edge. Wish I had picked up that saw!

5” Knipex cobras and pliers wrench. I rarely buy new tools (most are garage sale pickings) but these had been hyped so much I had to bite (to keep up with the GJ Jones).

BGS key organizer (I don't like this brand but it's just plastic, what could have gone wrong?) Ernst screwdriver organizer, and set of 12 Usag 285KA keys.

Just finished up making a couple more custom Snap-On orange hard handle bit drivers. I made a how-to video of the making of the tool that I’ll be posting to YouTube.

Not sure everyone would consider it a tool but I do. When I was making my new bit drivers I was wearing the Mechanix apron I just got. I mostly got it for dirt bike tire changes but it’s damned useful for anything that doesn’t involve climbing under something. Seems to have just the right number of pockets and has a slit in the center for moving around easy.

Dumb question maybe? What do you cut with it mostly?

These are great for cutting anything relatively soft that needs a nice straight cut. They are also perfect for cutting the Ernst toolbox dividers (what I bought them for specifically). My Dad has a few of these and I always found them incredibly useful. He used his for light tree trimming of all things.

So yesterday I found out that there were some "quick nuts" for grinders, I had to ask for it. I suppose that many of you know them, any opinion about it?

When you walk into your local welding store for some tips and you get caught admiring the Millermatic 211 and the salesman says $1350 OTD including a cart.

ABC fire extinguishers are fairly cheap at Costco. I bought the 10lb versions a few years back and mounted them around the house and garage.

The one in the garage has done fine in Michigan winters.

I picked this up on Amazon after a price drop. Portasol 010589330 Super Pro 125-Watt Heat Tool Kit with 7 Tips. It will come in very handy for soldering projects where running a cord isn't always the best choice. It will have other uses too.

not new, but new to me. Found these buried in a 5 gallon bucket of tooling that I inherited from my wife's grandfather. Gave them a soak in evaporust, and stoned them off. Serial number matched set of British made cast iron Vee blocks.081cd635d88013ba4fd20df1579e0c06.jpg
