Put the cut/flat side facing the concave bowl. When the half get pressed, it turns inside out and extracts the maximum amount of juice.

I appreciate the feedback. I was seeing a range of $500-1000 each for this type of table online. Helped me justify the extra $500 in tools I spent.
Thank you. Unfortunately, I did not make any drawings. I just made plywood templates. The guitar pick table is 20" Across with 2" radius corners. Legs are 23" tall. The rectangular table is 20 x 14 with 2" radius corners and 23" tall legs. For the sides I just made a large radius that looked right.

To give you the viewpoint from “across the pond” (I’m in the U.K.) “Mid Century” is in demand right now, and getting more so.
Twenty years ago, maybe even only ten, it didn’t sell.
I think the problem was that my generation grew up with it in the 60’s and 70’s, and most didn’t want to furnish our houses with the same. Any that did could pick it up cheap, as the second hand furniture shops were full of it.
Then things started turning around. All of a sudden nostalgia was in. The “eco” folks wanted to buy used rather than buy cheap and chuck, some folks got fed up with Ikea tat and realised they could get better for less, and some just loved the style anyway.
Good quality / good condition pieces are already getting harder to find, and more expensive when you do.
A friend, with a fairly posh town flat, has just bought a 1970’s “Hi-Fi” cabinet. When I pointed out that he didn’t have a 1970’s “Hi-Fi” he told me he was buying one, piece by piece, and having each part rebuilt…!
You would have no trouble selling those here!

Tools. My dealership is having the final closing sale of the Matco warehouse so anything and everything is on sale. 50% off the already reduced price. The most anything costed in this pile was $24 and that was the magnetic socket set. I paid single digit numbers for everything else. Most will be for sale as I don’t need anything here. The knives are cool two Smith and Wesson knives and a NRA knife. Allen wrenches are genuine made in USA but they are standard. Tried to post individual pictures but all were too big to load. If anyone sees anything or wants me to check on anything just let me know. They close up tomorrow at 1pm whatever doesn’t sell will be given to the shop for the lube techs or sold on eBay.Lt CHEG

Got any more of those screwdrivers? Those Witte made screwdrivers are my absolute favorite.
Care to share a link or location of where to get this? Looks like a nice set.$20 bolt checker kit I lucked into after searching for one several times over a year or two. I've read that the ones on a cable can be hard to use and I didn't like the prices on other ones that appealed to me. This one checks all my boxes.

Gearwrench 120XP ratchet set. The 3/8" drive push button flex lock looks much better than the previous Gearwrench I have with the lever switch that seems to disengage regularly. Also the head is slimmer to get into tighter places. The negatives are that it's almost 2 inches longer than the old wrench and the handle is thicker and heavier overall which could make it more tiring to use.

If I need more leverage I can add an extender. The length means it will be harder to swing in tight spaces.

Does it seem like the yellow paint would be easy to remove? Not sure. Maybe wrap the handle in electrical tape.

I am just a monkey babe. Im glad you are monkey woman too!I drove a few blocks to pick up an old saw off a Craigslist ad, and on the way back discovered that there's a tiny independent "Neighborhood Grocery" store only about 8 blocks from my house!
So along with the cinnamon, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk that I needed to get to make pumpkin pies, I found this way cool gizmo. Paid too much for it - I discovered they're only ten bucks on Amazon, but hey, it's a LOCAL business, so what the heck? (Besides, the girls were really cute.)
So ... if you're feeling like a cold Italian pizza and you need a lemon squeeza.... *
(* and no, unfortunately neither of the girls understood the reference to the Monkey Man .... I'm really feeling old now... )

Some new tools for our anniversary. I mailed my dad a Rockler kit and some walnut and he finished these up on his lathe and mailed them back to me. My wife was surprised and she loved them. We do love our pizza and ice cream.

Wow, a blast from the past. I had a few Truecraft tools back in the 80s-90s, and honestly, they were good. I gave most of them away over the years and think all I have left is a 6 or 8" adjustable wrench, but it's very nicely machined.
Do you know what type of stores Truecraft was sold at?

It's got an old "Husky" ratchet in it, and I had to fill in some holes with Craftsman, but the other stuff is all just dandy. The breaker has seen some serious pull.

Speaking of Epstein. I bought my first slip joint repair kit. A nice long vessel extension. Not sure it needs the ball impact on a foot long extension though. Another lifetime supple of hacksaw blades. A 23mm S-K wrench that I’ve never needed, but now I have. Love that store.

Yes to both of those! Pretty recent pivot, made by Cooper. Proto for one had Cresent wrench repair kits in their catalog, through at least the 60’s. Have never seen those anywhere.

I bought 26mm and 23mm wrenches few months ago because I Needed them. Old JIS size on the early 60s Japanese motorcycles I have.

Practically bought a truckload of tools today. Lol. Dealerships final closing of our old Matco warehouse. They fired the franchise guy in 2018 so that’s how long this stuff has sat. First tool up is an airbag removal kit for European cars. I don’t work on European stuff a lot I may keep it but if anyone is interested it is new. ABR62 is the part number. Then Sunex angled metric large wrenches 20-25 for the price I paid even if I don’t ever use them I’m not worried about it. Already sold those to my buddy for over double what I paid but under the regular list price. Three stubby ratcheting screwdrivers. All will be up for sale too. Still sealed in plastic. I done the best I could to peel the inventory labels off. I also got tons more stuff but this is just what’s worth posting. Already sold majority of it cause I don’t need it or already have it. Lol. But either way a man can never have too many tools. Especially when they are cheap name brand.

^ that soft-handled swivel-head is a really nice unit. I had one of those - sent it to another member about a year ago.
So these arrived today to add to the collection, original Petersen De Witt made in USA Vise-Grip. I don’t know how the guy happened to have these, still in their original packaging. I got all five 3 x 24R, 1 x 18R and 1 x 9R for 100€ including shipping.

Got over to Lowe's about 11:30 and grabbed the last 6 of their little "Kobalt" miniature tool boxes. The lid is magnetic.
Since I was in the neighborhood, hit the Russian deli and got some goodies.
