How do you order from amazon jp? do you need another acc or something? i tried and didnt work for me last time
I just used my normal Prime account, searched for Tone ratchets. It returned a variety of types, sizes, and shipping options. The ones with the extended delivery were cheaper, even though they were shipping from Japan.

The first of two Knipex tools I ordered, and my first interaction with this brand.

Knipex 31 15 160 Flat Nose Pliers -

Initial impressions are of quality, the soft touch handles in particular.
My second set of Knipex arrived today, this time the 38 25 200 -

Saturday a warranty replacement for an old 749 that the chrome started bubbling on showed up, a new FN100. Sunday my socket trays from Amazon showed up and I re arranged the drawers on my 41” craftsman box to fit them in a top drawer. And today the TL72 showed up from a eBay impulse buy and the Mac EM720T to replace a 16 year old blueprint that started having issues giving correct readings.

I have one of those multimeters (Facom Branded), I mostly use it for the amp clamp function 👍

All I’ve used it for so far is some electrical trouble shooting on my car hauler when I was hooking up a new battery for the winch. I couldn’t pass it up when nobody else bid and it was starting bid at $29.99

It will automatically convert Milli Volts to Amps when you use the Amp function, you don't need the fancy Facom/MAC clamps either, generic ones work fine, the min/max is useful for catching the initial draw of motors and glow plugs etc.

Hello everyone,

pneumatic rivet gun - this means 3/32" to 1/4" rivets can be set in milliseconds.

So far I've only had a simple hand tool (on the left in the picture, looks smaller than it is in perspective) that was quite laborious with large rivets. Unfortunately, electrical tools for this are far too big/long for me (e.g. in a narrow engine compartment) and are also more expensive.

Accessory for the bandsaw came today.

@zmotorsports Gee Mike, I didn't realize it was a tube the size of a grease tube. I was expecting an overgrown chapstick tube of the stuff. I guess I should have paid attention to the ounces in the description.
Eric, it's not a good idea to leave it in toolbox drawer in a hot garage over the summer.
I have empirical evidence that supports this advice.

This morning as one of my birthday gifts from my parents.
Happy Birthday!

Nice, I remember/miss when I used to get presents. Not that I'm complaining now, I wouldn't want/expect to get gifts anymore. My brithday is this week which will just pass by without anyone ever knowing..... but that is perfectly ok.

Although my cowowrker teammate got me a step stool/chair a couple a weeks ago for my bday & my work gave me a $50 gift card. First time I got a bday gift in many years.

Sorry to hear that. Me and my niece share a birthday we are 10 years apart haha. So someone will probably always remember at least one of ours. My mom’s is Sunday. Lots of April birthdays.

I've never really understood the point of ratcheting adapters for breaker bars (Granted I don't see the point in breaker bars in 2024 period). Why not just use, a ratchet?

Before 24” ratchets and ratcheting torque wrench’s, ratchet adapters were revolutionary. I haven’t used mine in a long time now. Point of breaker bars..because I can’t afford to leave my 24” SO flex head ratchet in the back of my truck with a lug nut socket on.

It's getting to be every birthday is a gift in itself.

Tiny Titan Goodness in the form of black Nano 1/4 swivel ratchet and silver Nano 1/4 hex swivel Bit Ratchet. Part# 11332. Made in Taiwan. Each Nano swivel ratchet measures approximately 2.25 inches long overall. Bit ratchet comes with a stubby Phillips#2 bit. Crisp 90 tooth action.
I think the Dude Doc from You Tube Channel Last Best Tool made prototypes of these a year or so ago by cutting the regular length ratchets. Here's hoping he sold Titan on the idea and made some money

I thought one for the hell of it and then when I bought my AmPro extendable breaker I realized I all of a sudden had a seriously long ratchet if needed and there are times before I've actually needed such a thing , overcome and then just not done anything about it( it took me changing the starter on one of my cars to finally get me to buy ratchet wrenches AFTER I'd battled in a very tight space ) . Just have to be careful not to apply too much torque I'd imagine. I could have bought an extendable ratchet and I probably will still do. I don't take mine too seriously, it was cheap enough so why not, you never know and it doesn't take up too much space to have it.

I've used both (breaker bar and ratchet) with a long cheater pipe (long being 4-6 feet, BTW). The ratchet seemed more stout, but neither were damaged.

And these were homeowner-grade tools, not tool truck brands.

Menards should be paying you. Your posts make me wish they had stores in Maine.
Basically they do. On most of what I buy, there are priced the same or lower than the competition, then offer a 11% rebate.

I almost bought a 30" breaker bar as well but decided not today. I need to see if there is one in the wife's Jeep first.

I was visiting family last week, and I stopped by the repair shop my sister owns just as the Snap On truck showed up.

Call it an impulse buy.

Are the LN44's like the LN46 jaw wise with the fuse puller cut outs or are they like the LN47's with straight cut talon cut ?
