Picked up this Milton Digital Inflation brand new sealed in package for 1/2 of retail price from marketplace.
I've been wanting a high quality digital inflator for years.
I'd like to replace the chuck with a lock on style, thinking about the Locknflate but the price is steep($70CAD) which is more than I paid for the inflator. Is their a lower price option that actually works well?
My pliers are the exact same way. There’s a bit of play from side to side which makes me think that is why mine aren’t aligning correctly when closed. My Klein pliers are the same way, having play on the rivet. True to form, all of my NWS, Gedore, and Knipex pliers are just about perfect.
These don’t have a lot of play in them as much as the teeth don’t line up in the talon grip tip. When they are lined up and shut is when the misalignment occurs. I could fix that and just grind the tips flush on my 2x72 knife grinder with a fine belt, but I don’t feel that should be my responsibility when they advertise a precision tip. Then again I could be expecting to muchMy pliers are the exact same way. There’s a bit of play from side to side which makes me think that is why mine aren’t aligning correctly when closed. Yep! That’s the winner, ordered. This will work better on motorcycle and bike tires too.
It's better than the locnflate too, imo. Swivels 360 degrees so you can inflate dually wheels or anything with a valve stem that doesn't point forward like a car tire.
Your right. I left it in the car I need to take a picture tomorrow and post it.I've been acquiring a bunch of tools, need to get them together for a photo op.
BTW, is it just me, or has it been like a month since we've had a @BlakeTheCarGuy sighting? You know, with a single socket showcased by his denim-clad self???

The Ariens push mower (headed back to Lowes on warranty a SECOND time) has the spark plug at a weird angle, and it's also 5/8. It's a PITA with my SK spark plug socket, but this might help with working on the thing.
Geez, that's something I would have circled in the Sears Wishbook decades ago. This is the metric half of a 92 pc Craftsman master wrench set.
Got a real good deal on the set for $120! And they're new and unused.
Is this going to be your next tool? It looks like you need one

Picked up these wrenches. Not for me though. Got them for my coworker Danny boy because he just moved up from lube tech to real tech. Some would say they are overpriced but these were on sale so I went ahead and got them. In my opinion these are the best box store wrenches that can be bought and best non tool truck wrenches. These are the regular ones as the V-Grooves were just too expensive for me to get. But the quality of Carlyle is always good. And I know the manager so I got a bit more discount too. Me and Danny are big buddies so I wanted to do something nice for him. He only has a single 10mm wrench. He has been borrowing my wrenches all week which is fine because I have two sets of metric but if I am ever out or not in my bay or whatever he can have some.Very cuul of you BlakePicked up these wrenches. When I went to collect this wrench set, I asked him about a Craftsman circular saw he had on sale and he said one of his regulars said he'd take it and asked me if I collected old circular saws to which I replied that I was just looking for a circular saw. This is the metric half of a 92 pc Craftsman master wrench set.

Not as well finished as my Ampro or SA and German forged Gedores but still damn decent for the money and almost no skips from 4mm to 32mm ( 29 and 31 are skipped only ).
Made in India
Me and him both are hourly. I’m not fast enough to be flat rate haha. I was flat rate a couple years ago and was sinking. It’s a policy that you have to remain hourly for at least 6 weeks after moving up anyway.Moved up the "tech", does not own wrenches.... hopefully he's hourly?

It’s the rubber insert. Those magnetic ones are nice though. Guess I need to get with the times and get some magnetic ones lol.Foam insert or magnetic? Magnetics are quite nice. I got this one a few years ago:
Still waiting for mine... again. Our SO dealer.only comes once every 2 weeks & sometimes doesn't even show up. Been waiting for about 2 months now. The wait & seeing quality control issues, I'm not excited to get them anymore.

the replacements are not that bad, I guess... they do what they advertise them to but I guess I just expected more.Still waiting for mine... again.
